"This program has been a life saver for me and came right when I needed it. After being
the major caretaker for my aging mother, there just wasn't room to take care of myself.
After her passing, James Ward and the Cruise Control Diet were my road to success.
And so easy! I know that doesn't seem possible, and no one really believes me, but this
has been effortless and the results are tremendous.
I went to the doctor and did not come out with a clean bill of health but with the help of this
healthy wonderful eating and support, I have lowered my blood pressure and cholesterol to
healthy limits and my diagnosis of diabetes can be diet managed.
And not to mention the weight loss and feeling of energy. Also, the constant "not being
full" feelings, going from sweets to salty, the night time eating, have all disappeared.
I know this may seem too good to be true, but it's real. Just wish I had been doing this
for the last forty years. But it's never to late to look and feel good and be healthy!

"Wow! Just got my first blood test since starting the diet (less than 2 mos ago). You were right on! Cholesterol total went down 32 points to
near normal. Triglycerides went down over 50 points and LDL went down 22 points. HDL stayed approx the same (45). My doctor was like... whatever
you are doing, keep it up.

"First off, I just really want to thank you for creating this program and making it so easy to follow! I started the Cruise Control Diet on June
3, while I have had a couple of 'set backs' (went on a week vacation, birthday parties back to back) I have managed to drop and keep off 25
lbs. I love the program for many reasons but my favorite reason is just that it really is sooooo easy to follow and maintain.
I have 2 beautiful children, and weight loss has been a real struggle after having them. I have always been a
thin person so after gaining all the weight from pregnancy I was feeling really defeated. I tried everything,
from killing myself in the gym to HCG shots & dieting (counting calories, carbs, and proteins) and while I did
lose weight by those methods, I simply could not keep it off. As soon as I would reach a plateau or a lull or
stop using the products, I would gain the weight back & more. Talk about discouraging, especially after all the
money and sacrifice it was.
My other favorite reason I love this program is how great I truly feel (not only because of the weight loss but
just from eating/drinking better and making better choices).
My parents are also on this program. My father has lost 39lbs and my mother has lost 24 lbs. My father struggled
with severe acid reflux, sleep apnea and asthma. All symptoms have almost completely subsided!!!! That's amazing in itself!!!
